The wait is finally over! IBPS has officially announced the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs XIV). This is one of the biggest recruitment drives for bank jobs, with thousands of posts available for both graduates and experienced professionals. 1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Total Posts: 7972
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. You must also know the local language of the state you are applying for.
2. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
Total Posts: 3907
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Forestry, IT, Management, Law, etc. Must know the local language.
3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)
Total Posts: 854
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
Experience: Two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
4. Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers)
• IT Officer (87 Posts): Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/CS/IT with 50% marks & 1-year experience.
• Chartered Accountant (69 Posts): Certified Associate (CA) from ICAI & 1-year experience.
• Law Officer (48 Posts): Degree in Law with 50% marks & 2 years of experience as an advocate or Law Officer.
• Treasury Manager (16 Posts): CA or MBA in Finance & 1-year experience.
• Marketing Officer (15 Posts): MBA in Marketing & 1-year experience.
• Agriculture Officer (50 Posts): Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture, etc. with 50% marks & 2 years of experience.
5. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
Total Posts: 199
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Age Limit (as on 01/09/2025):
• Office Assistant: 18 to 28 years
• Officer Scale-I: 18 to 30 years
• Officer Scale-II: 21 to 32 years
• Officer Scale-III: 21 to 40 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules (3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).

Selection Process & Syllabus
The selection process is different for different posts:
- For Office Assistants & Officer Scale-I: There will be a Preliminary Exam and a Main Exam.
- For Officer Scale-II & III: There will be a single Online Exam.
- Interview: Candidates who clear the main/single exam for Officer posts (Scale I, II, & III) will be called for an interview. There is no interview for the Office Assistant post.
The exams will have sections like Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English/Hindi, Computer Knowledge, and General Awareness, depending on the post.
